Sometimes being a close relative or a friend of someone who suffers a mental illness, is very difficult. You may feel helpless to face of the situation. You may to need help from a professional to know about the illness and the best ways to help. You, too, may feel overburdened by the emotional stress that comes with the role of companion or caregiver.
